    The City Manager or the City Clerk must be notified of pending agenda items by Wednesday of the preceding week of the scheduled Mayor & Council meeting.  All documentation must accompany the agenda request.

    Mayor & City Council meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the first and third Mondays of each month at City Hall, 101 Clarke Avenue, Pocomoke City, Maryland.  The meeting dates are subject to change due to holidays or other events.  Work Sessions and Closed Sessions are held on an "as needed" basis.  Agendas are posted in advance of all meetings.
