This is a plan to be completed in phases over next several years-Please attend the scheduled Public Hearing.

A Public Hearing is scheduled for April 1, 2019 at 6:30 PM, Mayor & City Council meeting to introduce the plan and take comments from the residents. The Mayor and Council are committed to the revitalization of Pocomoke City and invite the public to attend the Mayor & Council meeting.

You are invited to bid on the HVAC renovations project for MarVa Theater. The City of Pocomoke will receive sealed Bids until 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Pocomoke City Hall, (101 Clarke Ave. Pocomoke City, MD 21851) Please provide a total of 3 copies, one for Pocomoke City with additional copies provided for AWB Engineers and Mar-Va Theater. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

A Municipal Election will be held at the Pocomoke Library at 301 Market St, Pocomoke City, Maryland 21851 on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 to elect a City Council representative for District 1. District 2 is unopposed and will not have voting. The term of office will be for three years from the second Tuesday in April 2019.  The polls will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on election day. Absentee ballots are available by contacting City Hall, 410-957-1333.
