    Hey there, Pocomoke City residents!

    Exciting news! Your Pocomoke City Planning and Zoning Commission is hard at work updating the 2014 Comprehensive Plan. This plan is a big deal – it helps shape the future of our City!

    Think of it as a roadmap for Pocomoke City's growth and development. It covers everything from housing and transportation to parks and economic development. The Commission is using guidelines from the Maryland Land Use Article (you can check out the Briefing Summary and audio file for more details on plan requirements) to make sure the plan meets all the statutory requirements.
