Pocomoke City is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and disposal. 

*All interested contractors are invited to a pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Armory site.

*Bids will now be accepted until 12:00 pm on Monday, December 2, 2024* (updated 11/12/24).

*The following must be submitted with the bids for the armory:

1. A business licences(State of MD) and certificates(asbestos and lead removal) for all contractors and subcontractors.

2. All insurances to cover contractors and subcontractors.

3. A payment and performance bond must be submitted to cover the job bid.

4. A change to the payment schedule for the first draw is as follows: Payment for the first draw will not be paid until all environmental debris is totally removed and inspected. (asbestos and lead)
