    The City of Pocomoke City is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed real estate appraisers to complete a comprehensive appraisal of multiple contiguous parcels located within the City. The assignment includes Parcels P.920, P.924, P.925, P.926, and P.649, along with associated improvements. The selected firm will provide individual parcel valuations as well as an overall assemblage value, including an analysis of highest and best use and redevelopment potential.

    This appraisal will support the City’s ongoing planning and redevelopment efforts.

    Proposals are due by April 9, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. and must be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposals.
