Article VI, R-2 Zoning District, § 230-44 Area, Yard and Bulk standards for the purpose of creating 
three residential lots that are substandard with regard to area and lot width requirements. The 
properties are located on the east and south side of 6th street, Pocomoke City and further 
identified as Map 401, Grid 0018, Parcel 0298 (Parcel A) Tax Account: 01-039695; and Map 401, Grid 
0018, Parcel 0299 Tax Account: 01-030469.
