Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are normally held on the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM.  Meeting dates and times are subject to change from time to time to acomodate schedules.
Meetings are held at City Hall at 101 Clarke Avenue, Pocomoke City, Maryland 21851.

1. Zoning Text Amendments-Urban Design-Neighborhood Compatibility Ordinance and Mural Design Guidelines. (Discussion. Draft Ordinance to be provided).
2. Wawa Conceptual Site Plan prepared by Dynamic Engineering for informal discussion and feedback.
3. Planning Commission Annual Report (2024) & Summary of Accomplishments-2024 and Key Priorities for 2025. (Handout-Discussion-Action needed to accept report).

Old Business
1. Zoning Map Amendment Corrections and Sustainable Community Boundary Changes
(no action needed; work session requested by City Council).
2. Hardwire Construction Update: 40,000 square foot manufacturing building for the following property: 1947 Clarke Avenue, Parcel 733, Tax Account 01-027247, filed by Hardwire Properties, LLC. George E. Young, Engineer. (No new information at present time-building construction underway).
3. Drawbridge Villas: Review of preliminary townhouse building plans. (Review of floor plans, facades and conceptual drawings-discussion on Developer’s Agreement draft).
4. Comprehensive Plan Update: (Update on use of consultant).
5. Cypress Park Flood Resiliency Study update: (summary recommendations to be provided).
6. Approval of Minutes: November 20, 2024, minutes to be provided.
