1. Discussion on House Bill 538-Housing Expansion and Affordable Act (new handout to be provided)
2. Presentation and Discussion on Cypress Park Flood Impact Study (Rauch Engineering). (discussion of fill and berm options-handouts to be provided).
3. Neighborhood Compatibility Recommendations
a. Replacement homes at 408 Linden Avenue and 706 Fourth Street funded by Worcester County Housing Department (staff report and handouts to be provided).
4. Zoning Map Amendment Corrections and Sustainable Community Boundary Changes
(discussion-handouts to be provided).
Old Business
1. Hardwire Construction Update: 40,000 square foot manufacturing building for the following property: 1947 Clarke Avenue, Parcel 733, Tax Account 01-027247, filed by Hardwire Properties, LLC. George E. Young, Engineer. (No new information at present time-building construction underway).
2. Drawbridge Villas: Updated Preliminary Site Plan for the construction of 37 townhouse on a 4.07-acre site bordering Clarke, Maple and Riverside Drive. Owner: Draw Bridge Properties, LLC. Engineer: Atlantic Group and Associates. (Discussions underway with developer on building designs, fencing, phasing and sidewalk conditions.).
3. Southern Fields Section III (Lots 29 thru 35) situated on 5.2-acre parcel. Final Plat Submission (No change in status).
4. Worcester County New Library-Final Site Plan and Building Plans: (Status Report: Final building plan details being worked out).
5. Comprehensive Plan and Cypress Park Flood Resiliency Study update: (Water and Sewer Capacity Analysis-handouts to be provided)
6. Approval of Minutes: July 17, 2024 and Aug. 21, 2024 (to be provided).
